عاجل : هيئة الرقابة الأدارية تلقي القبض علي مدير التعليم الخاص ومدير الأمن بالعبور لتلقي رشوة 250 ألف جنيه
اعتقلت هيئة الرقابة الإدارية بمحافظة القليوبية مديري إدارات التعليم الخاص والأمن بمديرية التربية والتعليم بمحافظة العبور واتهمتهم بالحصول على أموال من المواطنين مقابل توفير التسهيلات لهم وقبول أوراق أطفالهم في بعض المدارس.
كشفت التحقيقات الإشرافية الأولية أن المدعى عليهم ، بصفتهم موظفين عموميين بوزارة التربية والتعليم ، ارتكبوا جريمة الاستيلاء على 250 ألف جنيه رشوة من المشتبه به الرئيسي "مالك المدرسة" ، في انتهاك لواجباتها الوظيفية والموافقة على حوادث فساد مالي وإداري تتعلق بالتراخيص الصفية الجديدة والتراخيص المدرسية ، حيث تم اعتقالها كان خارج مديرية التعليم ، مما سمح بمزيد من الفصول دون ترخيص وزيادة نفقات الطلاب.
كشفت التحقيقات التي بدأتها نيابة جنوب القاهرة تحت إشراف النائب العام طارق ضياء الدين ، خلال العام الماضي ، بعد أن اعتقلت قوات الأمن المتهم في القضية رقم 8241 لعام 2018 ، عن قيام عدد من الآباء بتقديم شكوى إلى هيئة الرقابة الإدارية التي تطلبها مدرسة المنارة بالمعادي من أجل تمويل النفقات ، طلبت الرقابة الإدارية على الفور تحقيقات في الحادث وأكدت الشكوى ، ووجد أن المتهمين الثلاثة أخذوا نقودًا من الطلاب ، بلغت قيمتها 250 بآلاف الجنيهات دون حق الالتحاق بالمدرسة.
أحالت النيابة العامة لحوادث جنوب القاهرة المتهمين إلى نيابة أمن الدولة العليا ، لاستكمال التحقيقات في القضية بعد ظهور أدلة جديدة ، تثبت تورط المتهمين في إهدار المال العام للدولة واتهامات أخرى كشفت عنها التحقيقات الأولية والتحقيقات التي أعدتها الجهات المختصة بوزارة الداخلية بعد القبض عليهم اتهمت مديرة التعليم الخاص بالقاهرة بتلقي رشوة من أصحاب مدرسة منارة المعادي (لغات ودولية) بزهراء المعادي مقابل موافقتها لزيادة عدد الفصول وعدم الكشف عن الانحرافات المالية.
